Good brand strategy is based on a clear promise of what you will do for your customers. And, you shouldn’t make promises you can’t keep. - What are your specific growth goals?
- What are the capacities that best support these growth goals and what are the weaknesses that impede or undermine progress toward growth goals?
- What is the company culture and how do cultural values manifest themselves in daily behavior?
- How do employees perceive the organization, its brand and growth potential?
- What are the characteristics seen (by employees) as strengths?

- How does the organization’s history support and/or conflict with its intended future?
